3 Steps To Sustain Your Faith in Difficult Times

1. Hold Fast The Faith of Our Lord Jesus Christ

Faith is a spiritual exercise that you need to do everyday of your life. Keep believing God and be assured that He alone will reward you and keep you in this turbulent times. Never give up your confidence in Christ Jesus. Some did and they were overthrown by the devil through the circumstances, condemned into everlasting destruction. Your faith can speak for you in times like these. Know that the exercising of faith is in the right direction to righteousness in God and God will always listen to your prayers because you are a righteous man before God. Heb. 11.

2. Looking Unto Jesus

Jesus Christ is our Saviour and mediator between us and God. He said that whatsoever we need, we should ask through his name, and it will be given unto us. He also said that I am the way the truth and the life, no one comes to the father except by me. Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith. When begin to look unto him, the things of this life and all its challenges will fade away. Heb. 12:2. Look unto Jesus Christ from day to day, trust in his saving grace and all of life trouble someday will be over. Be devoted to Him continually in your day to day activities. The Psalmist said, when I lifted my eyes unto the hills round about Jerusalem, where did my help comes from, my help comes from the Lord, the maker of heavens and earth. Do not turn to the devil nor to his agents to seek help, protection, wealth and fame. God, the creator is able and abundantly able to deliver you and give you all these things if only you will seek Him and continue diligently in worshiping Him, will surely deliver you.

3. Study To Show Yourself Approved Unto God

Study God's Word to know more about Him and should be able to tell others about Him and He will be proud of you. There is not more important than to be upright before God and man. If man fail to testify of your uprightness, God will never fail to acknowledge your steadfastness in His love. God did that to Job. He testified of Job's faithfulness. Satan wants to proved God wrong and asked God to remove His protection from Job, which God eventually did but to God will always remain God and the devil remain devil. Job did not disappoint God. Job upholds his integrity and faithfulness to God and the Satan, the devil was ashamed for falsely accusing Job and God's favour upon Job. God bless Job twice of all that he has lost during the time of trial and difficulty. So, you can actually exalt God in your life and put the devil to shame and God will surely bless you abundantly in Jesus Christ name, amen.
